Everything you want to know about hiring a mobile scaffold
How high can a mobile scaffold be?
The platform height is the height of the working platform itself. The working height is the platform height plus about 2 metres of reach for an average adult. Our mobile scaffolds are available from 1 metre to 12.2 metres platform height, i.e. up to more than 14 metres working height.
Which mobile scaffold do I need?
That depends on your job. The RS51 (narrow scaffold) is ideal for façade work and narrow passages, the RS52 (wide scaffold) gives extra workspace for larger jobs, the MiTower is compact and can be assembled by one person, and the RS44 (room scaffold) is a low, wide scaffold for indoor work such as ceilings and stairwells. How quickly is the scaffold delivered?
In many cases we deliver within 24 hours. When booking you choose your preferred delivery and collection date yourself.
Can I collect the scaffold myself?
Yes. You can collect the mobile scaffold yourself free of charge, by appointment, at our warehouse at Zeeburgerpad 89, 1019 AD Amsterdam.
Is the scaffold easy to assemble?
Yes. We hire out the Altrex RS Tower 5-series, designed to be assembled quickly and easily without tools. A clear manual is included with every delivery.
How does the deposit work?
In addition to the rental price, you pay a deposit when booking. You automatically receive it back in your account within 1 day after the scaffold has been collected complete and undamaged.
Are prices including VAT?
Yes, all rental prices and delivery costs shown include 21% VAT. The deposit is VAT-free and is refunded after complete, undamaged return.
